Context
China has reached a tipping point where Level 4 autonomous systems are now an urban reality. Robotaxis are fully integrated into daily life and bookable through mainstream mobile apps. Logistics are being transformed by unmanned last-mile delivery vehicles and autonomous heavy trucks on expressways. Utilitarian robosweepers and security agents are now common sights, providing 24/7 automated public services. This rollout is underpinned by strict but pushing safety standards for driverless fleets.
